DANCE
All items are for sale unless listed otherwise.
Shoes and clothing are subject to immediate return if the items
are the wrong size or faulty. Correct size shall be determined and
sent.
Return Policy: All items must be returned
as they were sent with tags and unsoiled. For hygiene purposes regarding
clothing, underwear must be worn under the item once you have received
your order and are trying it on. All items have 48 hour trial/ viewing
period. Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for
change of mind.

How to order instruments:
- Telephone or email us to reserve the item so
it doesn't get sold.
- Send your money by our secure server, bank
cheque, or phone in/ fax your credit card details. Visa, MasterCard,
BankCard and American Express are accepted.
- We ship via Australian Air Express, Australia
Post and Fed-Ex (international). You have 48 hours (2 days) from
delivery to let us know for whatever reason you don't like the
instrument. When returned (by the same carrier it was sent, PREPAID)
in the same condition that you received it, we shall refund the
instruments full price, excluding outbound shipping. All instruments
must be insured at customers' expense whether inbound or outbound.

warranties, and shall be included with the web listing (the description

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship around the world. Receiving your item
needs consideration on availability of the item and the shipping
option that you select or have selected. For customers outside Australia,

Cancellation of an order is no problem so long
as the item has not been shipped already. Just call or email and
give your name, order description and order confirmation number
(if available).

TAX
All prices are GST inclusive (goods and services
tax). All overseas customers do not have to pay this tax and therefore
have an instant saving of 10% on ALL items.

Due to the nature of this website we do not list
any pornographic art of any kind, be it books, literature, web sites
or images. This will go against some people's belief in 'freedom
of expression', 'freedom of art' etc… However, as this website is
easily accessible by children, and we encourage them to discover
art and the artist within themselves, we think that if adults visiting
this site seek porn, then there are plenty of other web sites to
go through to find it. We are dedicated to protecting children,
for children do need protecting. We have no problem with art or
artists portraying the beauty of the human body, it is when it is
used for sexual gratification (i.e., porn), that we limit the access
to this as much as we can to our younger visitors.
As artists ourselves, we define Art and porn in
different categories however much this may irritate some people,
but we are and will never be moved on our decision.
